Euphorazine Return Policy

At Euphorazine, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or there was an error in your order. Please double-check your order details, including sizes and designs, before finalizing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with the following information:

    • Your order number.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement product or issue a refund. We may request that you return the damaged item to us.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour of being placed. After this period, the order is sent to production, and we can no longer make changes or cancellations.

4. Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at euphorazineshop@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will resend the order at no cost to you.

5. Incorrect Address

  • If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to an updated and correct address.

6. Unclaimed Shipments

  • Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment.

7. Non-returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as face masks, socks, and undergarments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
